Interview
Got sent pymetrics-style test and standard logic/maths/problem solving test. Pymetrics style test was actually rather fun. Then had to complete pre-recorded video interview, which consisted of one HR question on motivation, and one maths question on probability. After this, got invited to a Zoom interview with a member of HR. This consisted of some motivation questions, followed by some logic puzzles, and then some basic options theory. I didn't get past this stage. However the rejection email was very useful and detailed, with some really good recommendations for improvement (specifically - I didn't prepare enough for the section on options theory and market making, and my answers weren't as 'fluid' and 'confident' as they'd like).

Draw me a graph of profit against price for a call option with fee £3. What is interesting about this graph to traders?
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Interview
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
