I applied online. That same day I received an e-mail inviting me to take an online assessment. I had 48 hours to do the assessment. After completing the assessment I received an e-mail about 4 hours later telling me I was not selected for an interview. Honestly makes me feel very embarrassed to not pass the assessment as I am almost done with a PhD. HR e-mails were very polite.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

Question 1
3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
