I completed a 30-minute virtual Zoom interview with a member of HR. It began with one technical question, followed by the remainder of the conversation focusing on behavioral questions, including my background, decision-making approach, and overall fit for the trading role.
Was a phone screen with mental math and logic puzzles mixed with behavioral questions about your background. Set up an interview online and go through a 30 minute HR screen.
