Interview
I found the interview process to be really thorough and positive. From my interaction with Ella in recruitment, to meeting members of the client services team, it was an enjoyable process. For this role, it was a 3-step interview structure . The first interview was with what would be my line manager, which was essentially a “get to know me” 30-45 minute call. I had been successful in passing the initial call, and the second interview required a 2-part task. For this, I created a presentation with my interpretation of the question, presenting it in person at the office. After success at the second stage, I had an interview with the Head of Client Services, so she could understand more about me and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. This showed me that IMA-HOME are very thorough with who they recruit into the business, showing that they care about the quality of their team. Having gotten the job, I am really looking forward to starting my journey here!
