Interview
The first interview took place four days after I applied at a coffee shop to encourage neutrality. I met with the Director of Development. Our second interview was with the Director of Development, the Executive Director, and the Assistant Executive Director. I was hired immediately after.

3. How would I handle a large form grant report with a short turnaround?
