the HR Director did all the talking. She had no idea who I was after the interview as she didn't ask me many questions or let me talk. She kept going off on tangents. The interview was 3 hours, 3 hours of her talking about all kinds of things. I have never in all my life interviewed like that.

Short, very easy, and got back to you fast. They were very resonsive, they asked a lot of questions about your resume mostly. Background in the field is not necessiary, they are looking for someone who is fast and who is willing to learn.
