Interview
The lead scientist called and asked me about my relevant work experience. I basically outlined my education and training. I described the research I was involved in. She wanted to know if I was comfortable reviewing scientific literature. Very informal process. She then told me what the job entailed and asked if I was interested in it.

It took HR over three weeks to complete the interview process. It was only completed because I kept calling asking if I could come in for the interview.
