I had a first stage video interview with the development manager and two developers. The developers asked me some quick-fire technical questions. I passed this stage then was asked to do a '3-4 hour' technical test, but this turned out to be a request to implement a full application, from scratch, which I estimated would take three to four days. I withdrew my application.
