First, 15 minute phone screen. Second, virtual interview with lab manager. Approximately 30 minutes. Lab manager described position, the company, the team, and the products I would be working with. Also described the responsbilities I would have. Then proceeded to ask questions. Felt like a conversation with a couple of questions thrown in.

Interviewed with 2 people, asked questions more personable I guess to see who you are as a person. Not sure why that would matter since it is a lab job not out working with the public. Told me the job is so hands on some people have developed carpal tunnel.

The interview was short, and short paced as it was with the lab staff directly, without HR. the interviewer had blackface which didn’t give a nice welcome. looked down on fresh grad
