Initial communications were strong and impressionable; the manager took as long as I wanted to answer any and all questions I posed. Scheduled interview #1 of 3 was a meet-and-greet with hiring manager, learning about the company and products. Interview #2 was more of a technical gauge, and meet-and-greet with the people of the team. Interview #3 was a technical/customer service gauge from software engineers in the back and the lead technical support supervisor (head of your team). Easy but well-directed flow of events.
