Interview
Was sent a message via email again explaining the position and verifying my interest. The final item was to schedule a phone interview which was quite easy.
I found the interviewer to be on time, knowledge, friendly and willing to give as much time as needed. Upon my completion of the telephone first rd we scheduled rd #2 in person @NJ.

Interview
Was asked by the HR person to come into the office to meet the day after I spoke with her on the phone. Very pleasant and very nice. Then met with the owner for 45 - 60mins. I had to drive over 300 miles (one way) to the interview. They never covered my travel expenses and wouldn't communicate further.

Interview
Uncomfortable. Owner wasn't happy about questions about PTO. HR hit me with a lot of double talk which is was weird since they kept avoiding general compensation questions. Owner seemed like a cheap guy who puts people second.
