1. Resume Shortlisting 2. Group Discussion Round 3. Personal Interview [ All on the same say ] 70 students were shortlisted based on their resumes out of 250-300 applicants. Groups were divided into 10 groups for a discussion round. 15 students were then selected out of those 70 students based on their performance in GD. 5 were hired. ( Preference to girls )

Had an interview with ICICI Prudential for a financial sales role. Focused on mutual funds, sales strategies, and market knowledge. It was smooth, with scenario-based questions. Good learning experience! I converted it as well so overall awesome!
