The first interview was actually quite nice and meaningful, the second interview/testing was somewhat unusual and not very clear in terms of what was expected, but the third interview with directors was absolutely pointless. Hard to believe there are still interviewers who ask 'where do you see yourself in 5 years' questions. And then - NOT a word, no feedback, not any information back from neither the HR nor the interviewers still after 7 weeks after the 3rd round of interviews. I never took part in such an unprofessional recruitment process.
