The process is so smooth and clear, and quickly finalized as well. I was called on time. The duration of the interview was as defined at the beginning of the call. The questions were so standard and the interview was like a checklist to be completed to fulfill the number of the candidates per position. Apart from the routine questions, each item in my resume was asked in detail and I was challenged to answer the conflicting opinions of the interviewer. At the end, I was allowed to ask questions but it was like nothing but a mandatory option to be given to the candidate.

Throughout the interview process that lasted for 3 months, all managers and directors were honest and kind. Process started with a phone interview with manager that the position reports to and a second interview with Director position. After that 3 presentation assignments are given. Although i did not get an offer, it was a nice and smooth process.
