Was asked to come in for an in person interview, spent an hour interviewing only to be ghosted by the company even when trying to follow up regarding the position.
I applied online and, a week after the application deadline, received a call from HR to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening was a few days later with the same HR rep. She was very kind and professional.
Next I was invited for an in-person interview. On the panel were a different HR rep and my potential colleagues. Again, everyone was exceptionally kind and professional.
I arrived at the site early, and several employees asked me if I wanted water or a snack, and some even started friendly conversations.
Called in for another in-person interview a few days later.
I haven't heard back from them on whether or not I'll be selected, but I wanted to share this experience regardless.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IACP
Interview
The interactions I had with HR gave me a negative impression of IACP, which contributed to me declining the position. HR rep seemed disorganized during the phone screening, got my name wrong when I came into the office for in-person, and even mistakenly called me multiple times without realizing. Overall, I just didn't get a great impression of the organization based on their hiring process.

Interview
Initial phone screening with HR, then an in person interview with team members a couple weeks later. HR representatives seemed disorganized and were not very clear on the process or follow-up.
