Skype interview. Must speak Japanese and English. I was asked very general questions. The interviewer explained company environment and asked if I could do it. Job offer received in a week but total process took around one month.

It was a very casual process. The manager interviewed me right off the bat. He asked basic questions like how did you hear about us and why I'm interested in the Japanese culture.
