      Customer Service Ambassador Interview

      Apr 28, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IA360° (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2017

      Interview

There are 3 steps to the interview process before getting hired. You might get a call from HR, where they will determine to go forward or not. If so, you will complete a skype interview with the same HR assistant you spoke to on the phone. The last step of the process would be to meet with the Regional Manager - once you are hired, they will require a background check and credit check - Expect another 2 weeks. The entire process can take up to a month or so.
