Pretty quick & standard process. Phone screening with Human Resources followed by 2 in-person interviews with more direct supervisors lasting ~1 hr each. Whole thing took no more than 2 weeks.

Upon a referral of a current employee, the hiring and interview process was quick and straight forward. Principal at the location I was hired was thorough with the job description, staff and firm overlook, benefits, etc. It was great for me because on both interviews I was able to speak my mind, ask for what I want and needed, and did not feel intimidated at all.

Question 1
The most difficult part of my interview would probably be asking about my salary. As with all interviews asking for a salary that is higher than what the employer expected to offer is tough.
