Informal chats with professors. You basically just sit and chat in multiple offices sometimes with more than one onterviewer. They did not probe. It was very friendly. They also gave lots of food and had multiple informal meeting with graduate students It was more like a recruitment than an interview. Mostly everyone is accepted at this point to my knowledge
