Interview
I was an out of town candidate. Initial interview was phone based and focused on previous experience and an introduction to the position. 2nd interview was again phone based and was more behavioral based interviewing. Third and final interview was in person and was behavioral based interviewing with a good amount of time in discussion and allowing me to also ask questions.

Questions were behavioral based.... giving an sample situation and asking if you have encountered it in the past and if so how you handled it and what the outcome was.
