The interview process at HYRE lacked clear communication and consistency. Initially, I was told there would be only one interview round, but additional rounds kept getting added later. Interview schedules were often communicated just 30 minutes before the interview, making it difficult to plan. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I rarely received responses from the HR team. After completing multiple rounds, I again received no update regarding the outcome. While the interviewers were professional, the overall candidate experience was affected by poor communication and last-minute scheduling.
