I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hyland (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process was broken into two days. The first evening was just a social night with dinner and a fun activity. The second day was a full days interview at the office. There was a technical round and a behavioral round. The technical round was extremely light and just had some high level questions.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Hyland in Oct 2014
Interview
I was contacted by e-mail before my school's career fair to come meet with the company representative. I spoke with him, left a resume, and was contacted for an on-campus interview. After the on-campus interview I was contacted for an on-site interview in Chicago. While in Chicago, I met with the vast majority of the company, and had a chance to speak with a large amount of people regarding their decisions to join the company, and what they were looking for in a career. I received a phone call at the start of the next week extending an offer, as well as letting me know the details were on their way by both e-mail and post.
