They invite you acting like they will give you a proper office job and good salary etc and then make you go knock peoples doors to annoy them off for them to shout at you and come back stand in a circle play happy songs praising the company. Its a cult

I had a really great experience during my interview at Hydra Sales Group. Both Floyd and Megan were incredibly welcoming and professional. Megan in particular was so lovely—she made the whole process feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely inspiring. The interview was more open and honest than any I’ve experienced before. It gave real insight into the role and the company’s values, and I really appreciated how transparent the process was. It felt like they genuinely cared about finding the right fit for both sides. I noticed some negative reviews online, but they didn’t reflect my experience at all. Everyone I met was switched on, driven, and clearly passionate about what they do. Megan and Floyd are doing a great job and it really shows.
