One on One interview, laid back. Asked many basic questions, why did you apply for this job, what will you contribute to this company, what is an accomplishement that you recently achived, then at the end they described why they worked there and how they started, lastly we got to ask them questions

Interview
Very easy. Look up basic interview questions and that is it. I walked in a few minutes early and was greeted by an HR representative. They were very friendly and easy going. They asked 10 to 15 questions. The HR rep. talked about the position a little and what was expected as well as what would happen if you were to move forward. At the end, they offered me the job and gave me a sheet of paper with what i would like to be compensated and how many hours etc.

Interview
I was interviewed by the human resources manager, he asked me why I wanted the job, how I could serve customers, and what customer service meant to me. He also knew my dad so it was kindof easy to get in. It's easy to get a job here as long as you can present yourself in a respectful manner and show an eagerness to apply yourself and serve customers
