Interview
Set up a meeting through voice call. Screener asks many questions. Initially a promising sounding to get you connected to an employer. However I got ghosted. Another person contacted me through my Whatsapp though.
I had an initial chat with one of the recruiters from Hunter Bond. I applied for a job through Linkedin that had a salary range starting from $180000 annually.
When talking to a recruiter, he said the job does not pay this much and the starting range for the job was $120000 max.
I think it is unethical to advertise high salary ranges when their clients aren’t actually paying that.
