I applied via Linkedin and had my interviews via Zoom. The process took only one week and this was such a refreshing and positive experience. The approach in the interviews was friendly and engaging. It didn’t feel like a regular interview but as a conversation among equals about my ideas and experiences and their aspirations and complexities as a growing company. Because of this I felt comfortable and could be myself. We talked about what’s important for me, what sort of environment makes me feel energised and how I prefer to collaborate with my colleagues.
