I was initially very excited to get an interview with Hugo & Cat a year ago, but was very disappointed by the behaviour of one of the interviewer who would be my direct manager if I accepted the role. He spoke very little, was slumped in his chair and had his hoodie up around his face throughout. He clearly wasn't interested but I was still asked back for a second interview. He was absent from the second interview but the Tech Director was very pleasant across both interviews and definitely a credit to the company. I was asked to do a presentation relating to a previous project which was a unique and interesting way to cover my experience and skills. The Head of Talent was present in the second interview and was also friendly and engaged. Overall a decent interview process but ruined by the attitude of one person (which was acknowledged and apologised for on the second meeting by another party).
