I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hughes Marino in Jan 2024
Interview
After successfully completing a one-way video interview where I answered a series of questions and submitted a written exercise did I get a call back for what would be the first of FIVE separate interviews over the span of six weeks. I also came highly referred by my former employer through mutual connections. After my final interview with the President the recruiter told me they were still deciding and if it came down to it another interview would be required. It was so offensive to the point where I withdrew myself from candidacy. Not to mention the job being reposted several times on LinkedIn while they were actively interviewing for the role. I agree with the other reviews that the culture seems so polished that I got a weird vibe. It was almost Stepford Wives like. Some people might fit right in, but I myself am too authentic for that type of environment…even for pay!
I was unimpressed. Lots of last-minute requests for meetings (including one that was cancelled at the 11th hour). I did not feel that my time was respected at all and it left me with a poor impression of the company overall.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hughes Marino
Interview
I went through an unnecessarily long and drawn-out interview process with multiple rounds, an in-person visit, and assignments they asked me to complete. Despite the amount of time and effort they required, their communication was slow and careless. It took over a week after my final interview just to be told I was not selected after a couple months of this
This process felt disorganized, inconsiderate, and honestly disrespectful of candidates’ time. I would encourage future candidates to be aware of what they’re signing up for.
