Hudson Technologies - New York interview questions

Very poor experience! Spoke with the company's recruiting manager to discuss the role and my background. Afterwards, they told me the hiring manager was excited to meet me and wanted to proceed with an interview. After providing them with my availability, they continuously delayed the interview, saying they were just waiting to get the HM's schedule. After weeks of this, the recruiter went dark, never setting up an interview, and not responding to any follow ups. Significant delays and complacency during a recruiting process tells me a lot about a company's seriousness of bringing on headcount and filling roles. But wasting a candidates time and not having the decency to ever respond is a big red flag for a company's lack of professionalism.
