I applied on their website and got an interview invitation to schedule a time at the same day. It is a phone interview for about 30 minutes. A professional from the accounting department interviewed me. The questions are pretty standard. She asked me to introduce myself first and then asked why I want to join the company. Based on the position I applied and my resume, she asked a few of my related experience. She also added onto what I said to introduce the company and the position to me. No typical behavioral questions. Plenty of time for me to ask her questions.
