Submitted my cover letter and resume. Received an email asking for an interview from the person who would be my superior. Had a 30 minute phone call and was told I would hear back within the next week. Received an email in less than a week stating I had gotten the position

First, complete a test from HR to do a translation or write a memo. Then talk to the supervisor if you pass the first test. Both HR and supervisor were very friendly and they responded effectively.
