The interview process comprises three distinct phases. Initially, candidates engage in a 30-minute phone interview with a Recruiter. Following this, a 30-minute virtual meeting via Microsoft TEAMS with the HR Director. The final stage is an onsite interview with the Plant Manager, lasting between 2 to 3.5 hours, including a comprehensive tour of our facilities.
