Within a week of applying online I received a phone call from someone in HR to set up a quick phone interview. Immediately after phone interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview. During the in-person interview, I met with 4 different people.

15 min Phone interview, pretty easy was hired without in person interview. Spoke to account managers and supervisors. They asked me questions about previous jobs and what I would do in certain scenarios relating to customers.
