I spoke with the recruiter and I cannot get an understanding on how they pay, he said at first $10 an hour and I think .20 cent a mile and it equals out to about $20 an hour...sounded really fishy....I can never catch a driver in my area (charlotte)to give me the real talk.
Very quick and easy asked her CDL information, asked her past experience, asked if I ever had any moving violations, or collisions asked to what type of job I want
Was quick, a little unorganized but fast process. Hair follicle drug test and urine test once everything checks out. Some recruiters work faster and better than others but either way it gets done
It was a pretty fluid experience. The people were nice and helpful. They answered questions when asked. The interviewer was pretty knowledgeable about the company. It was honestly just a regular phone conversation asked some background
