The owner called and offered the job without a true interview. Nice right, but it was all fluff. He stated we would be getting 50-60 hours a week; however only had that once in 2 years.

I applied several months before on Hub's website while job searching. I got a call out of the blue several months later after the guy they originally hired, wasn't working out and they told me this during the interview. It should have been a sign of things to come with this company. They called me and sold me on the company rather than a conventional interview. They were busy in my area and wanted to hire me from the start. It was a pay increase from where I was at so I accepted the job. Asked only very basic employment questions and confirmed my experience on my resume.
