Normal process, with easy questions in English. The interviewers didn't speak well either Spanish and English so it was a little difficult to understand them well. But in general the asked the basic stuff, so it was not diffucult.

Submit CV online, then on-site assessment centre with IQ test, group presentation and face to face with the hiring manager.
Many of the applicants have Chinese backgrounds with fluency in mandarin. Not sure if it helps but it might.
