Very involved process with multiple stages including personality assessment and panel interviews. The team was generally pleasant. The hiring manager was professional but hard to read. I was given a vaguely-worded rejection when a candidate with dramatically fewer qualifications was selected. Hiring managers have the right to select the candidate of their choosing, but I feel candidates who merit moving so far through a rigorous process deserve a better level of professional courtesy.
