I received an email asking for a quick call on Teams with no camera, audio only. I assumed it was just a screening, but it felt more like an actual interview. They told me they would let me know one way or another what the next steps were. I didn't hear back, so I reached out to follow up. They told me the process went a little longer than anticipated and they would be sure to let me know when they're done. I never heard back.
