I thought this question was pretty nebulus. Does she mean physical attributes, personality, work ethics, career goals or what? I asked for a clarification and was told she was looking for an answer closer to work ethics mixed in with a little personality. I responded with, "a team player with a little bit of educator thrown in" and for a few more buzz words, I added, "goal oriented, tenancious and not afraid to take ownership of my project (being responsible for failure or success)". I also explained that I was not embarrassed to ask for help if the project was experiencing difficulties or issues.
