By having log term, medium term and short term plans including to do lists. Making sure the to do lists contains pressure breacks incase something did not go as planned due to eternal factrors. Always monitor and evaluate my plans includig the to do list. Delegate all posible distructors to my to do list. create a buffer time for tieing loose ends of the plans and to do list. Freequently generating feedback from both my superios and juniors on how effective I am i my perfrmance
