Houston Zoo interview questions

Phone screen and two Zoom interviews. Phone screen was about the basics. First interview was weird, they asked a lot of personality focused questions and tended to steer me away from talking about my job skills. The second interview involved a 20 minute presentation on a program that I would create and how I would train staff on that program, and then skills questions. They first emailed for the first round interview with times that were 24-48 hours away, which is super difficult but I made it work. Then they ghosted me until I got in touch to say that all the offered times had past. About two weeks later we finally had the first round interview, and I didn't hear from them again for about a month. They asked me to the second round interview, and after I signed up, HR tried to schedule me for a phone screen. Then a month after the second interview they told me that they had selected someone else. They don't seem to be very on top of things. I understand they're short staffed and busy, but it seems like they could benefit from some planning and communication skills.
