very easy and relaxed. asked about experience and why you want to work there. mainly personality and how reliable you are made a big difference. asked a time you went above and beyond for a patient

Very thorough, they emphasize on having hospital experience, which is preferred over nursing home experience. They do give you a rundown of what they expect from you so be prepared to show how you meet those expectations.
