I spoke to a representative at a job fair, introducung myself and my background briefly. After that, I had an interview with the principal in a more private setting and completed an evaluation focusing on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. Finally, I completed a performance task where I watched a video of a teacher and evaluated their performance according to a rubric.
