The interview largely consisted of an extended history and overview of the non-profit. The interview was essentially educational, during which I learned about all of the the various aspects of the scope of their work. I was told what they were looking for in terms of my position, if I thought I could perform all duties associated with aforementioned, and if I was interested in the job. It seemed to be more of a personality or compatibility test than an interview -- they wanted to see if I would mesh well with their team.
