Fairly standard initial screening call performed by HR. If you pass, then you move onto an interview with the hiring manager on another day. I highly recommend letting your salary expectations be known if HR asks so you don't waste anyone's time. I made the mistake of telling HR I was flexible but they didn't ask me for a specific salary range so when I spoke to the hiring manager and I was asked what my salary expectations were, I believe I was asked for too much and wasn't selected to move on. Otherwise a very professional phone interview process.
