Standard Restaurant server interview. Asking about previous experiences. The restaurant there is 5 stars so they focus alot of fine dining etiquettes. They quiz you on drinks wine knowledges. They also quiz you on wine and food pairing.

Very courteous HR assistant, after all her questions make me fill like a know this lady for years, then she pass me to the Food and Beverage Director, who was very kind and professional with the interview.
