Interview
Pretty standard interview. They ask questions that highlight your ability to be able to actively solve problems and appease guests. They don't require that you have hotel experience, however they do want you to have some sort of experience with customer interaction.

Apply online. Very important to follow up directly with the Lounge Management. Easiest way to reach them is via E-Mail to arrange a time to come introduce yourself. Persistency is key! Going above and beyond would be to contact the food and beverage director as well.
