Hotel Connections interview questions

I interview for a Process Improvement Manager position for their HQ location in Miami. The HR Rep had poor communication and did not communicate with me through a formal company email. Instead, nearly all communication was done via text to the HR rep's cell phone (which also did not have a pre-recorded or personalized voicemail. I was called to interview with the hiring manager and it went well! Nearly a month goes by and I finally get called back for second interview with two other members of upper management. The interactions also went well! A few days later I receive a job offer via email only to be rescinded two days later after attempting to negotiate a higher salary and trying to obtain an understanding of the benefits package offered. The reason provided was due to budget cuts as the position was being eliminated. Glad that happened sooner than later. There is a reason this company has a 2 star rating on both Glassdoor and Indeed. Proceed with Caution.

They intervew me 2 people, the operation manager and a shift manager, they asked me to tell them 3 reasons why to not hire me. The said they are afraid I will leave them.
