Interview
The job initially advertised on my college website which led me to apply for the job. I called and was given a fax number to send my resume. When they were ready to hire they called me for an interview (although it's not a bad idea to call again to follow up). I interviewed on site with the nursing manager. She called me in a few days to offer the job to me pending background check/drug screening. After I filled out the paperwork and submitted the screenings they offered me the job and I started my training.
