Interview seems to be very casual and easy going. If they like you they have you try on the interview. That's where it ends though as they will never tell you they don't want to hire you, they will just ghost you.

Easy and quick . Definitely just trying to get a feel for your personality rather than just caring if you are a good / experienced waitress. They want you to be bubbly and talkative of course and most importantly PRETTY. Dress the part and you’ll be fine
